Bulldog Bistro was created in 2015 after many years of planning and preparation led to the conversion of our Family and Consumer Science Department into a state of the art commercial kitchen to train our students to enter the career field of Hospitality and Tourism. We offer a two year program in Restaurant and Food and Beverage Services using the ProStart Curriculum created by the National Restaurant Association. Our students, after completing the full program can leave with restaurant industry approved credentials in ServSafe and ProStart.
